These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Designers Hints application (the "App"), designed to provide you with design guides articles, and provide other related functionality. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Account Registration
To access the core features of the App, such as gain access to be able to read articles, you must register for an account using a valid email address. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you agree to keep this information up to date.
Using the Application
The Application allows users to:
- Read articles that are categorised by different design aspects and niches.
- Pass design exam to check the knowledge.
By using the Application, you agree to:
- Not use the Application for illegal or prohibited purposes.
- Not provide false or misleading information.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems or data.
User’s Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data that we collect and process. If you want to know what data we hold about you, you can contact us using the contact information below. We undertake to provide you with such information as soon as possible after receiving the request. You also have right to modify/change/delete your data with help of edit mode and firebase mechanics.
Moreover, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored in our application. If you want your data to be deleted, please contact us and we will delete it within a reasonable time, unless the data is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to provide services as part of your use of the application. We reserve the right to retain data where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Payments and Subscriptions
We use standard terms of Use from Apple (EULA).

The Application may offer paid services or subscriptions. The subscription price and terms will be clearly stated when you subscribe. If you subscribe, you agree that payment will be automatically charged according to the selected subscription plan, and the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings in the App Store.
Subscription Details:
- Duration: 1 month or 1 year
- Cost: $7.96 per month or $72 per year
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Auto-Renewal:
Our app offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of purchase.
The subscription will renew at the same price and for the same period unless changed by the user. Users can manage or turn off auto-renewal in their Apple ID account settings after the purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during an active subscription period.
The Application may offer in-app purchase. The price and terms will be clearly stated in the rules for taking an exam. If you make a purchase, you agree that payment will be automatically charged according to the selected price. After payment you will have 1 try to submit your answers for passing an exam. Each try to pass exam costs $6.

- Duration: 1 exam
- Cost: $6 per 1 try
Data Privacy
Use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that the data you enter into the Application will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which describes what data is collected, how it is used, and how you can manage your data.
Final provisions
Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use. We will notify you of any changes by email or through the Application. By continuing to use the Application after changes are made, you agree to the new Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise out of the use of the Application or the inability to use it. All information and functionality of the Application is provided "as is" without any warranties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Application shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
